Villa Olmi Resort

Located just 15 minutes from the city centre of Florence, the resort offers 5-star luxury in a rural setting, far away from the stresses of everyday life.

The hotel comprises of 3 main blocks:
- The Villa, with 12 wonderful rooms, displays the finest examples of rural-patrician architecture, with fine marble decorations and frescoes originally from the18th-century,
- The Fattoria, the heart of the resort, houses 38 rooms and the resort's public spaces and rooms,
- The Colonica, once the house of the farmers and to shelter the animals. La Colonica has found the real rural ambiance of Tuscany in its Impruneta terracotta floors, chestnut doors, windows and furniture.

A careful renovation has maintained and enhanced the historical structure and brought the original 18th century frescoes back to light that decorate each room. Extraordinarily large spaces are furnished with refined taste where the antique furniture and chandeliers in Murano glass give a touch of real class to the rooms.

A shuttle bus service to and from the city centre of Florence is available free of charge to all guests, to ensure a relaxing stay.

The Gourmet Restaurant, run by a renowned young Italian chef, can accommodate up to 50 guests, and serves a delicious selection of traditional Italian cuisine, updated and prepared with the latest techniques. A significant wine list accompanies the food menu.

Next to the restaurant is the Wine bar, housed in rooms with vaulted ceilings that date back to the Villa's 16th century foundations. Here, it is possible to enjoy intriguing combinations of fine food and wines, take seminars, or participate in tasting sessions guided by the finest Italian vintners.
