There is no parking available on site. Parking is available at an additional cost at the Manchester Central NCP car park (previously known as the GMEX).

The hotel's award-winning French restaurant is open from 19:00 to 22:30, Monday to Saturday. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the Colony Restaurant, which is open from Monday to Sunday. No carvery (buffet dinner) option is available at present.
