Description
In the heart of Piccadilly, the Cavendish Hotel, a 15-storey building, combines luxury with an excellent location close to Theatreland, Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square.
The Cavendish London is ideal for London's theatres and world-class shopping. Rooms have great views, elegant furnishings, subtle lighting and uncluttered designs. Bathrooms are furnished by Villeroy and Boch.
An elevated dining room overlooks the exclusive boutiques and galleries of Jermyn Street, Piccadilly and St James's. The restaurant serves an indulgent British breakfast, and has informal à la carte lunch and dinner menus.
In the Edwardian era, The Cavendish London was run by Rosa Lewis, the infamous 'Duchess of Duke Street'. She was known throughout London Society for her hospitality and cooking.
All bedrooms are non-smoking and have en suite facilities, along with 24-hour room service. Please see individual room descriptions for a complete list of facilities on offer.
The views available from the rooms are of Westminster, Piccadilly and the City.
The cooking style is best described as contemporary British, with some modern European influences. Executive chef, David Britton, and his team, create monthly changing menus using the best seasonal and regional produce. All recipes and dishes are entirely homemade.
Designed by Noel Pierce, The Cavendish London provides comfortable yet stylish surroundings where you can enjoy sumptuous food, an outstanding wine list and friendly service.
The Lobby Bar and The Lounge at The Cavendish London are ideal for a pre-dinner or pre-theatre drink in chic surroundings.
