Sydney House Chelsea

Sydney House is a contemporary townhouse hotel, housed in a listed Georgian building, only a few minutes walk from King's road and Knightsbridge. Sitting in a quiet Chelsea Street, the capital's most fashionable shops and restaurants are on its doorstep. Museums, art galleries, Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park are all in the vicinity.

Individually designed, all rooms have discreet technology. DVDs, flat screen TVs, and high speed internet access are provided. Comfort is the priority throughout. The 21 air-conditioned bedrooms all have goose-down quilts, Frette Linen and White Company toiletries. The double Rooms have sleek glass bathrooms and modern, powerful showers.

Sydney House Chelsea also has a lovely top floor double room known as "The Room at the Top", which has its own private roof garden. Champagne, canapés and dishes from the 24 hour room service menu can be served on the roof terrace with its wonderful views over South Kensington.

Deluxe Continental Breakfast at the Sydney House Hotel includes a selection of finest home baked pastries and baguettes, combined with an assortment of French jams. A choice of organic cereals and a range of coffees and freshly squeezed orange and grapefruit juices are available. For those with a hearty appetite, an all day cooked English breakfast, using all organic ingredients, is available.

Guests not wanting to leave the comfort of the hotel can enjoy round the clock room service. All dishes are freshly prepared and available from 11:00 a.m until 10:30 p.m. Light snacks and delicious sandwiches are offered all through the night.
