The hotel is located on the banks of the river Guadiaro, 2 km from the village of Benaojan and enjoys superb views of the surrounding sierras. It is a tastefully converted flour mill, with the 11 bedrooms located around a typical Spanish courtyard. Chef Massimiliano from Trietse has created an exciting blend of Italian and Spanish cuisine, using the finest local ingredients. There is also a carefully-selected wine list and the intimate bar is well-stocked.

The hotel is well-located for exploring the sierras and white villages of the Serrania de Ronda and the Sierra de Grazalema and Sierra de las Nieves nature reserves.
