Le Sainte-Beuve

Le Sainte-Beuve hotel, named after a 19th century romantic poet and literary critic, has the air of a provincial family home imbued with a certain Parisian chic. Furnishings make the hotel both comfortable and light and the atmosphere from reception onwards is one of discretion and a calm approach.

Completly renovated in 1996 with interior work carried out by the English designer David Hicks, the hotel is owned by the family Ferrero since early 2007. In 2008, they refurbished the Sainte Beuve, combining charm and comfort in pastel colored rooms furnished with antiques, and thus, adding a touch of character to a classical hotel that would always move with the times.

Within the 6th Paris arrondissement, home to major French publishing houses, several universities, numerous bookshops, small theatres and fine restaurants, the hotel Sainte-Beuve is situated on a very quiet side street, a few walking minutes from the Luxembourg Garden, the entertainment of the Montparnasse district and the charm of the Place Saint Sulpice, in the heart of historical Paris.
