Description
The Hotel Le Saint-Paul wedged in among other medieval buildings in the heart of the village is located on Rue Grande. It has all the discreet charm of a 16th century manor house decorated in a Provencal Style.
As a valued guest, Hotel Le Saint Paul is pleased to offer you the following facilities and services:
- Complimentary drink and local pastries on arrival.
- In-room VIP welcome treatment with surprises from our pastry chef.
- Complimentary daily afternoon invitation for tea in the living room of the hotel.
- Turndown service available with complimentary bottle of still and sparkling water.
- Free and unlimited wireless internet access.
Hotel Le Saint-Paul features 3 rooms and 13 Junior Suites. The rooms located on the village side offer a view of Rue Grande, and those situated on the valley side offer a panoramic view of the Saint-Paul Valley. Two of the suites feature a nice terrace with a splendid view overlooking the valley. All the bedrooms and suites are decorated in genuine Provencal style with Souleïado, Pierre Frey, Manuel Canovas and Rubelli's fabrics.
Guests can enjoy a drink in the vaulted lounge by the stone hearth, before dining on the flower-filled terrace with its 17th century fountain, or in the fresco-painted restaurant. The hotel also has a library and houses a collection of 19th century Barbotine porcelain. Free parking is available nearby, and multilingual staff at the 24-hour front desk can help with services including dry cleaning, babysitting and airport transfers.
Following renovations, the restaurant welcomes you in larger and completely redecorated dining rooms.
The vaulted dining room retains its 16th century charm and is enhanced by one of Jacques Margerin's Provencal trompe l'œil. The second dining room is now fitted with an exquisite 17th century fountain.
Sheltered by Saint-Paul's ramparts, the flower-decked terrace offers peaceful settings where you can enjoy refreshing dishes with distinctly Mediterranean flavours. In the evening, guests can enjoy a romantic dinner under the starry Riviera sky.
The restaurant was awarded its first Michelin Star in March 2000.
