Description
This hotel is located on the Gran Canal in the heart of Venice, just 5 minutes from Rialto Bridge and 15 minutes from San Marco Square.
Immerse yourself in the magical atmosphere of this 1000-year old city, which has remained unchanged over the centuries. The hotel was once the residence of some of the most important Venetian families, and is now one of the most important hotels of the Santa Croce and Rialto districts.
Completely restored, but maintaining the peculiarities of an ancient Venetian palace, the hotel is situated in a quiet area where you can enjoy the real Venice off the main tourist tracks.
The double rooms have a queen-size bed (or 2 twin beds on request). All the rooms have a writing table and lamp, armchair, precious stuccoed and marble-powdered walls, elaborate draperies, Venetian style furnishing and Murano glass. Larger rooms are also available for families of 3 or 4 people.
Some rooms face the Grand Canal and, with their wonderful and breathtaking views, are ideal not only for the romantic and honeymooners, but for all those people who love the magic of Venice, the boats passing by, the sound of the gondolas as they glide along the water.
The buffet breakfast is included in the room rate and is served in the Piano Nobile; a salon with terrace overlooking the Grand Canal. In addition to the classic continental breakfast with bread and croissants, you can also find yoghurt, cereals, fruit salad, cheese, eggs and bacon and hot dogs.
This 14th century building is just 5 minutes from Rialto Bridge and 15 minutes from San Mark's Square. Nearby are the Modern Art Museum Ca' Pesaro and the costume and Tissue Museum Palazzo Mocenigo.
