Hotel Granados 83

Housed in a former hospital dating from the past century, the Granados 83 has been converted into a hotel featuring an Art Nouveau/Art Deco style. Its structure, made of rusted iron reminiscent of the old lofts in New York's Soho, contrasts with the stone and glass façade and the Zen-inspired interior design boasting premium minimalist elegance.

The Granados 83 is located in the middle of the city, just a few metres from Rambla de Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia and Avinguda Diagonal, right in the heart of the business, shopping and tourist district.
Opened in March 2006, the hotel has 77 rooms, several of which are split-levels, triple rooms and suites, and some are equipped with terraces and private swimming pools.

The hotel's restaurant offers an innovative fusion of Mediterranean cuisine and Asian influences. The restaurant has a terrace, surrounded by palm trees and the soothing sound of running water. The hotel also has 2 bars; 8 is situated on the roof-deck, next to the hotel's swimming pool, while the G-Bar features stylish, minimalist, designer surroundings.

There are so many tourist attractions near the hotel that it will be difficult to decide where to start. It is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the city's most alluring shopping districts; the Avinguda Diagonal with its numerous fashion boutiques and designer shops; Rambla de Catalunya, the preferred promenade of Barcelona residents and Passeig de Gràcia where, between its outdoor terraces, restaurants and shops featuring the top international designers, we can find two of Gaudí's masterpieces: La Pedrera and Casa Batlló.
