The luxuriously equipped rooms feature widescreen TVs (32") with stereo/CD/DVD system (Samsung), in addition to the listed amenities. Rooms are facing south with a view to the Matterhorn or north with a view to the Mischabel mountains.
Make yourself comfortable in our lounge before you proceed to the Avena restaurant for a meal of exquisite local and international delicacies.
The hotel bar is open every day until 23:00, and the Avena restaurant is open from 19:00 to midnight. Both are suitable for disabled guests.

Zermatt is a car free resort. Access for private transport is only allowed as far as Täsch (5km from Zermatt). The road from Täsch to Zermatt is not open to public transport. There are open air public car parks (1,800 spaces) and covered private car parks (1,300 spaces) in Täsch. The covered car parks also have outside parking spaces and operate a taxi service to and from Zermatt. Shuttle trains operated by the Matterhorn Gotthard Railway run every 20 minutes.
There are direct train connections in Brig and Visp to the modern Matterhorn Gotthard railway, which arrive in Zermatt after a 90 minute journey through the romantic, rugged Vispa Valley.
