Our hotel is located on the site of a royal Abbey in the very heart of the Coteaux Varois vineyards.

This charming country inn, a member of the Châteaux & Hôtels de France chain, is next to a 12th century royal Benedictine abbey a place of peace and serenity in the heart of a jealously guarded wine-producing village.

The ambience and decoration have been created using objects and antique furnishings that Alain Ducasse has collected during his travels all over France.
People chosen and trained by Alain Ducasse over a period of several years run the establishment.
