Hollmann Beletage Design & Boutique

Surrounded by the historic buildings of Vienna's inner city, the Hollmann Beletage is a small boutique hotel offering modern convenience and elegance in an exceptionally central location.

Located within a 2-minute walking distance from St. Stephen's Cathedral, 3 minutes from the famous shopping streets Kärntner Strasse and Graben, 10 minutes from the State Opera and 2 minutes from the underground, the hotel is also only a 20-minute drive from the airport or a train station.

Hollmann Beletage has a simple basic idea which it does share with many others but which is actually implemented in very few cases: "Every guest should feel at home at our hotel!". How will this promise be kept? There are some essential conditions, starting with the size of the hotel: 25 spacious to very spacious rooms in a neat, noble house that was built in the 19th century in the heart of Vienna's old town, individually accommodating a maximum of 50 guests.

The new spa-separée enables guests to withdraw from the city life. Embedded in an ancient past, Hollmann Beletage offers fine design furniture of high quality, a small library with selected books and CDs, a living room (not a lobby!) with open fireplace, a piano and living-room suites where you can dip into books, chat or just have a cup of coffee. After relaxing on the garden terrace you can enjoy Austrian movies in the small 8-seat home theatre.

Our newly completed conferencing and banqueting facilities host up to 65 people and can adapt to a business guest's demand as well as to private social events.

As patron Robert Hollmann knows his business (he is both an actor and a chef), every guest starts his day with an individual breakfast. Moreover, one can also have business dinner for up to 20 people or soupe à deux at Hollmann Beletage.

Our restaurant is around the corner: Hollmann Salon is embedded in Vienna's oldest and most picturesque courtyard - authentic but contemporary Austrian cuisine at its best. Visit Hollmann Salon at Heiligenkreuzerhof in Vienna's first district (one minute from Hollmann Beletage).

You will find museums, shopping streets, restaurants and many other sightseeing spots in the immediate vicinity.

The hotel is located 2 minutes from the Schwedenplatz underground station (lines U1 and U4) and 3 minutes from the Stephansplatz underground station (lines U1 and U3).
