The Yoga Room is a peaceful, spacious room, equipped perfectly for practitioners of the ancient art of Yoga. The front wall is of tempered glass with views upon Cavo Elia and Greco Philia's zen gardens. A moat of rounded river stone borders the smooth bamboo floors, while niches set into the stone walls around keep the floor clear of distracting objects.

Spiritually harmonious materials are used throughout, with a palm thatched roof supported by the natural beams above. For anyone from a beginner to a master, the facility offers peace, tranquility and harmonious beauty.

Upon exiting the Yoga room, you will find that the tranquility does not end at the walls. Artfully executed mosaic pathways and carefully landscaped gardens of river stones, grasses and flowers adorn the hillside leading to a trio of traditional zen gardens at the edge of the cliff. Greco Philia offers the instruction of Yoga masters to their guests and provides all associated equipment for their rejuvenation.
