La Grande Bastide

La Grande Bastide Hotel is an old 18th century country house which has been turned into a beautiful hotel. It is set in a quiet verdant area with a panoramic view of Saint-Paul de Vence.

The hotel is fully air-conditioned and features 14 bedrooms including 3 Duplex Suites. The Provencal-style bedrooms are decorated in soft pastel shades and offer lovely views of the surrounding area. Some rooms have a Jacuzzi and jet shower and all rooms have private bathrooms, satellite TV and direct phone.

There are 2 terraces, overlooking the swimming pool with wonderful views of Saint-Paul de Vence, where breakfast and light snacks can be enjoyed. The spacious pool house, tastefully equipped with sofas in front of an open fire, is an excellent spot for an evening aperitif.

Arriving from Nice, Airport or Aix-en-Provence Take the motorway a8 and exit at 'Cagnes sur Mer/Vence'. Follow first the signs towards Vence. As soon as you see sign posted Saint Paul de Vence (approx. 5 km from the motorway exit) you driving always towards Saint Paul de Vence and you will find The Hotel Grande Bastide approx. 600 m in front of the old village to your left. Driving time from the motorway exit, 5-10 minutes.
