The establishment's famous and experienced chef, Vincent Farges is an inventive disciple of Antoine Westermann, the three Michelin-Star French chef. Farges attracts locals from as far as Lisbon to sample dishes that subtly merge French flavours with Portuguese accents whilst espousing traditional ways of cooking. A first-class wine list with French and Portuguese bottles complements the dishes.
