Château d'Artigny

Once upon a time, there was a perfume maker who dreamed of living in a castle. He built the Chateau d'Artigny, an immaculate building in 18th century style amidst green nature, 15 km away from Tours.

Nowadays, this chateau comprises our Hotel Chateau d'Artigny.The chateau is equipped with beautifully restored rooms, offering a comfortable and antique accommodation for each guest. The Chateau d'Artigny has welcomed a number of eminent people, such as the Queen Mother of England.

63 rooms and 2 apartments between the château, the Pavillion d'Ariane (50 metres across from the château), the Hunting Lodge (600 metres) and the Port-Moulin (on the river bank, 800 metres).

Our Chef, Francis Maignaut offers an inventive cuisine redolent of the region based on products from the 'Garden of France': fish from the Loire and meat from the Touraine.

In addition to the 2 dining rooms, the Chateau d'Artigny boasts 3 reception rooms (the Regency, Rotonde and Royal); the largest of which can accommodate up to 120 people. A number of rooms, the largest being the Grand Salon can accommodate up to 200 people.

Theme evenings round off the musical evenings marvellously and their originality makes them attractive, since they combine the pleasure of the table with relaxation based on various themes : hunting, cigars, Champagne, truffle, Russian.

The hotel serves regional cuisine.
